If your SODA tokens are not appearing where you expect them, there are a few common causes and simple steps you can take to locate them.
💡 Most missing token issues are solved by checking your wallet and network selection. Before diving into more advanced troubleshooting, start with the basics below.
SODA Not Showing in the SODAX Stake App
If your SODA tokens are not appearing in the SODAX Stake app, check the following:
Correct wallet connected: Make sure the wallet you have connected to the app is the same wallet that holds your SODA tokens. If you use multiple wallets, it is easy to connect the wrong one by mistake. For help connecting, see "How do I connect to SODAX?"
Correct network selected: SODA tokens exist on multiple networks. Use the drop-down menu on SODAX Stake to select the network where your SODA is held. If you have the wrong network selected, your balance may not appear.
SODA Not Showing in Your Wallet
If your SODA tokens are not appearing in your wallet application (such as MetaMask or Hana Wallet), you may need to manually add the token.
Most wallets require you to "import" or "add" a custom token using its contract address before it will display in your balance. You can find the SODA token contract address for each supported network on the SODA token page on sodax.com.
🔒 Always verify token addresses from official sources. Only use the contract addresses listed on sodax.com to avoid adding fraudulent tokens to your wallet.
xSODA Not Showing in Your Wallet
Your staked xSODA token is not expected to show in your wallet application. This token cannot be transacted with freely, but you can view your staked balance inside the SODAX Stake app.
Just navigate to the correct network for your stake on the SODAX Stake app, and you will be able to view and manage your staking position.
Still Can't Find Your Tokens?
If you have confirmed the correct wallet, network, and token address and your SODA still does not appear, there may be a network delay or a wallet sync issue. Try refreshing your wallet, disconnecting and reconnecting to the SODAX app, or reaching out to your wallet provider for help.
